An old woman wanted to cross a road. She was weak. Therefore she wanted help. She waited long. She waited alone. She saw a large number of school boys. They were laughing and talking. They were going home. So they were happy. They looked at the old woman. They did not help her. They walked on. But one boy went to the old woman. He said to her, “Mother! Do you want to cross the road? I will help you. I will take you to the other side." The boy helped the old woman. He led her across the road. He did a good deed. He was happy. He said, “I helped somebody’s mother. So, somebody will help my mother in her old age." “Dear God! Be kind to this good boy," said the old woman in her prayer.

A farmer said to his wife, “You are lazy. You work slowly and lethargically. You waste your time." The wife was angry at the words of her husband. She said to her husband, “You are wrong. Stay at home tomorrow. I will go to field. I will do your work there. Will you do my works at home here?" The farmer said happily, “Very well. I will do your works back at home." The wife said, “Milk the cow. Feed the pigs. Wash the utensils. Take care of our hen. Spin the yarn." The woman went to the field. The farmer stayed back at home. He took a vessel and went to the cow to milk it. He tried to milk the cow. He received a good kick. He then went to the pig-sty. He hit his head against the beam. He went to feed the hen. He forgot to spin. The wife returned from the field when it turned evening. The farmer hung down his head in shame. Thereafter he did not find fault with his wife. आपण इंग्रजी शिकण्यासाठी कुणालाही सहज विचारलं तर त्या व्यक्तीकडे इंग्रजी सिनेमे पहा हा सल्ला असतोच, आपण जरी ठरविले तरी इंग्रजी सिनेमे समजत नसल्यामुळे ते बघणे सहन होत नाही आणि ते कंटाळवाणे वाटतात जसे आपण शाळेत असताना अभ्यास म्हटल कि जसे वाटायचे तसं. पण मित्रांनो इंग्रजी सिनेमे बघून खरंच इंग्रजी सुधारते हे मी माझ्या अनुभवावरून सांगतो मात्र ते आपण पूर्ण पहायला हवे यासाठी जे आपल्याला आवडेल तेच सिनमे बघणं उत्तम राहील जसे कार्ट्रन सिनेमे किंवा कार्टून चॅनल हे विनाेदी असल्यामुळे आपल्याला मुळीच कंटाळवाणे वाटणार नाही आणि इंग्रजी सिनेमे सबटाइटल सोबत आपल्याला इंग्रजी चॅनलवर बघायला मिळतात त्यामुळे आपले वाचनही होते. यामघ्ये मित्रांनो काही विनोदी म्हणी, शिव्या, शिष्टाचार अशा गोष्टींचा पुन्हा पुन्हा वापर होतो त्यामुळे त्या आपल्या दिमागात रंगाळतात, आणि कधिकधी तर आपोआप आपल्या तोंडातून हे वाक्य बाहेर पडतात. इंग्रजी शिकण्यासाठी यापेक्षा मजेशिर साधन दुसरे कुठलेच नाही. मित्रांनो माझ्या अनुभवावरून सांगतो जर तुम्ही इंग्रजी सिनेमे बघाल तर हिंन्दी मराठी सिनेमात तुम्हाला रस कमी वाटेल. पण हे फक्त शिकण्यासाठी करा....

A boy and a girl were playing together. The boy had a collection of marbles. The girl has some sweets with her. The boy told the girl that he would give her all his marbles in exchange for the sweets with her. The girl agreed. The boy kept the most beautiful and the biggest marbles with him and gave her the remaining marbles. The girl gave him all her sweets as she promised. That night the girl slept peacefully. But the boy could not sleep as he kept wondering if the girl has hidden some sweets from him the way he had hidden the best marbles from her. Moral of the Story : If you do not give 100 percent in a relationship, you will always kept doubting if the other person has given her / his hundred percent.
